Loved my lovely stay in September next year. The breakfast was delicious and savoury with locally sourced ingredients, soft music, Vermont maple syrup and had something for everyone.
The room was very small, made me a little nervous.

The room was huge and beautifully decorated. Breakfast options looked amazing, even though I didn't get to try them. The 24-hour snack pantry was a fantastic touch. The views from the sunroom were amazing. The noise from the main street made it hard to sleep at times. Some light bulbs were out, a small inconvenience. I had trouble finding the fireplace switch and it took a maintenance call. Staff could have been more visible for guidance, especially for first-time guests like me.

Liked the rooms, they were huge with the gas fireplace. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasty with locally sourced ingredients and Vermont maple syrup, as for instance and served by the efficient staff. The hotel had a great location in a quiet area.

Charming vibes, but a few quirks
The gardens out back are super relaxing and the cookies are TO DIE FOR. The electric cords everywhere were kinda sketchy tho, and there was no TV in the room. Loved the staff and the cozy atmosphere, but definitely could use an update. Don't miss those cookies!

Just a great match for a brief visit in Burlington with extraordinarily good value for money. The innkeepers regularly tended to their beautiful gardens and were always willing to chat. If you enjoy a restful place, this is the spot for you.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! The breakfasts were amazing, with a large spread of delicious items. We enjoyed wandering the gardens and loved the cozy atmosphere. We also visited a local brewery and Lake Champlain, both fantastic. Don't miss the fresh-ground coffee and daily cookies at your door!
The window unit air conditioner was a bit loud during the night, but it wasn't a huge problem.

Cozy atmosphere with thoughtfully decorated rooms that feel like home. The breakfast offered a diverse selection with fresh local ingredients.
Some rooms feel tight for the price, particularly those lacking adequate bathroom space or mirrors for two people to get ready comfortably. The air conditioning units can be a bit noisy. The absence of TVs or entertainment options in rooms left some downtime feeling a bit dull.

Staying in the Horizon Times room was a delight, surrounded by beautiful decor that added a cozy ambiance. The gourmet breakfast each morning was a highlight, showcasing delicious local goodies, made for a great start to the day. Although the old air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy at night and the room felt a bit cramped with limited closet space, the inviting atmosphere and attentive staff were good. Definitely a nice experience!
